Follow the story of MSI – almost 30 years of innovation – from a motherboard manufacturer in Taiwan to a global leading technology company.

Building a Foundation (1986~1997)
 
 

Born and bred in Taiwan, the MSI management team has a tacit understanding of business and full cooperation for more than 25 years. Inspired by creativity and motivated by uniqueness, MSI played a behind-the scene hero that helped shape the picture of the digital age.

 
 
Growing Strong (1998~2003)
 
 

Based on its solid foundation, MSI had successfully become a public company as it went with an IPO (Initial Public Offering) on the Taipei Stock Exchange (TAIEX) in 1998. At the same time, MSI continued to expand their production bases in Taiwan and China. MSI brand strategy had gradually moved towards diversification.

 
 
The Only Path Forward – Innovation and Transformation (2004~2007)
 
 

The sustainable growth strategy of MSI is based on pragmatic pace of change and novelty. To uphold the spirit of innovation and technical superiority, MSI made an important decision in 2004 by entering the notebook industry. Insisting on superior innovation with a stylish design that goes beyond the imagination, MSI was set up for a positive goal to enter the top 10 global notebook brands.
